Web Development Portfolio

Easton Tours:
My latest project to update the website of a small Canadian travel agency. I have introduced a PHP/MySQL powered content management system, and brought the site into XHTML/CSS Standards.

Dragline Recordings:
Personal Project: Website for my DIY record label, using PHP/MySQL to build a dynamic site, and integrating "buy now" buttons from Paypal. Also has a News sections updatable from a small self-built CMS (still in development). A clean design, although slightly sober in colour...

Mudlark Music:
Personal Project: An online music magazine called Mudlark, containing reviews, interviews and outragious personal opinion. Uses PHP/MySQL for the backend.

QRL Solutions:
A website for IT security consultancy, based in York. The aim here was a clean, professional site, with a focus on clear navigation.

Loud Is Not Enough:
Personal project, and the first website I developed. Dedicated to the Nottingham rock band Fudge Tunnel (1988-1995), this recent update was inspired by the cover artwork and photography from their debut album Hate Songs in E Minor.

Evening:
Official website for San Francisco-based rock band Evening. I did not do the design for this site, but merely responded to a call from the band for someone to help tidy their code and add a few features, such as the animated splash page and the pictures section, all based on their own ideas. This was an excellent opportunity to work with a fantasic band, and gave me a great deal of experience of dealing with real requests from clients.
